Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Antis Publisher values transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. However, since our services involve intellectual and editorial processes that require human labor and administrative resources, all payments made are generally non-refundable once editorial processing has begun.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical or human error.
  • Payment made for a service that was canceled by the publisher before processing began.
  • Proven failure of service delivery due to publisher error (e.g., inability to process a valid manuscript).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Manuscript rejection after peer review or editorial evaluation.
  • Withdrawal of manuscript by the author after processing has started.
  • Delay in the publication schedule due to author revisions or non-compliance with submission guidelines.
  • Dissatisfaction with editorial decisions, reviewer comments, or journal impact.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@antispublisher.com within 14 days of the transaction.
Requests must include:

  • Proof of payment
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Corresponding invoice number

All valid refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval, and funds will be returned via the same payment method used in the original transaction.
